Adult Community Nursing Service
Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and include both planned and unscheduled visits — prioritised based on clinical need and urgency.
Enhanced Access
Additional GP and nurse appointments during evenings and weekends across Guildford and Waverley, helping patients access care at times that suit them.
Adult Eating Disorder Service
Our team delivers regular checks — including blood tests, ECGs, and physical observations — to help ensure early identification of risks and reduce hospital admissions.
