Requesting information
We are committed to openness and transparency.
If you are unable to find the information you are looking for on our website, you can make a request under the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
Freedom of Information (FOI)
Under the Freedom of Information Act, you have the right to request recorded information held by Procare. We aim to respond to all FOI requests within xx working days, in line with statutory requirements.
To make a request, please contact us by email or post:
Email: info@weareprocare.org
Post: Procare, Room 67 Haslemere Hospital, Church Lane, Haslemere, GU27 2BJ
Please include:
– Your name
– A clear description of the information you are requesting
– How you would like the information to be sent to you (email or post)
Information we may not be able to provide
Some information may be withheld under specific exemptions in the FOI Act — for example, if it contains personal data, commercial sensitivity, or if releasing it would cause harm. If any information is withheld, we will explain the reason why.
Accessing personal information
If you are seeking access to your own personal data, this is handled under data protection law (not FOI). Please contact us directly for guidance on how to submit a Subject Access Request (SAR).
