Our Services

Adult Community Nursing

In partnership with Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, we deliver community-based nursing care to adults aged 18 and over who are unable to access services outside the home. Our skilled nursing teams support people across Guildford and Waverley with both short- and long-term needs, including management of long-term conditions, palliative care, wound care and more.

Services are available 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm, and include both planned and unscheduled visits — prioritised based on clinical need and urgency.

Our team includes District Nurses, Community Nurses, Urgent Community Response Nurses, Associate Practitioners, Healthcare Assistants, Phlebotomists, and more — all working together to provide high-quality, personalised care at home.

Adult Eating Disorder Service

In partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, we support the physical health monitoring of adults with eating disorders in the community. Our team delivers regular checks — including blood tests, ECGs, and physical observations — to help ensure early identification of risks and reduce hospital admissions.

For more information visit the Surrey and Borders Partnership website.

Enhanced Access

We provide additional GP and nurse appointments during evenings and weekends across Guildford and Waverley, helping patients access care at times that suit them. These appointments are available through your local GP practice and form part of the national Enhanced Access programme to improve availability and convenience.

Patients access appointments via their GP Practice.

Housebound Phlebotomy Service

We offer a dedicated blood testing service for patients who are housebound and unable to attend a GP practice or hospital. Our trained phlebotomy team visits patients in their homes, ensuring timely and equitable access to essential blood tests and monitoring.

Urgent Community Response

We deliver urgent and routine nursing care to residents across Guildford and Waverley between the hours of 8pm and 8am, seven days a week.

As an integral part of our 24/7 district nursing model, the team responds to referrals from a range of sources — including daytime community nursing teams, NHS 111, ambulance services, care homes, patients and families.

Skilled in urgent community nursing, the team provides responsive, person-centred care overnight, supporting patients to remain safely at home and avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions.
